Aha! provides expert Professional Services to support all phases of Axel deployment and integration:

• Modeling: Aha! professionals work with you to define the KPIs and models that are key to your business process. Experts will teach you how to build your own KPI models using the Aha! Expressions language—or they can undertake KPI modeling for your business as needed.  Aha! data miners build custom predictive models for you or work with you to operationalize your own predictive models.
• Setup: Because Axel is deployed on a SaaS platform, there is no formal software installation process—using Axel for the first time is as easy as opening a browser. However, to take full advantage of Axel’s power, Aha! consultants will work with you to discover data and define the KPI-based models that are key to your business. They will also show you how to incorporate KPIs into your company’s business information processes.
• Training: Aha! trainers are available to conduct customized, on-site training in all aspects of Axel setup and use and in business optimization using the power of Axel analytics.
